ShipGo Trading Club Bylaws & Regulations

Binding rules, membership terms, $100,000 account funding policies, 2% min. security deposit, deposit refund on profitable months, and account scaling for meeting profit targets.

1. General Provisions

§1

ShipGo Trading Club is a premier professional ecosystem for traders receiving a $100,000 funded capital account with account scaling upon meeting profit targets.

The Club ensures direct capital access, trading autonomy, and a transparent, mutually aligned framework between the trader and the company.

2. Membership Conditions

§2

To maintain active membership, the trader agrees to:

• Pay the monthly membership fee: 1% of account nominal ($1,000/month);

• Maintain the minimum security deposit: 2% of the funded account nominal ($2,000);

• If the trader finishes the month in profit — the security deposit is refunded to the trader in full;

• For traders who meet profit targets — the club increases the trading account.

Membership remains valid with regular fee payments regardless of immediate market fluctuations.

3. Funded Account & Capital Scaling

§3

The trader receives a $100,000 funded trading account (monthly fee $1,000/mo, min. security deposit 2% — $2,000).

For traders who meet profit targets, the club increases the trading account to expand buying power and profit potential.

Membership fees and risk parameters are calculated strictly based on account nominal.

4. Trading Freedom

§4

Traders have full autonomy in selecting:

• Trading strategies, algorithms, and technical setups;

• Tradable instruments and market pairs;

• Timeframes and holding duration;

• Individual risk profiles and trade frequency.

ShipGo does not interfere in discretionary trading decisions.

5. Trader Security Deposit

§5

The security deposit:

• Is at least 2% of the account nominal ($2,000);

• Is refunded in full if the trader finishes the month in profit;

• Remains the trader’s personal funds allocated solely to absorb drawdown losses;

• Is not revenue of ShipGo;

• Is not blended with external investor capital.

6. Automated Investor Capital Protection

§6

When the maximum drawdown limit is reached, the risk system automatically:

• Flattens all active positions;

• Pauses trading on the respective account.

Automated stop-outs protect the underlying capital pool, capping losses strictly to the trader deposit buffer.

7. Re-Entry After Drawdown

§7

If an account is stopped out by the system:

• The trader may re-enter trading at any convenient time;

• Re-entry requires depositing the 2% security deposit to receive a fresh $100,000 funded account;

• Drawdown stop-outs do not constitute grounds for membership termination.

8. Trader Incentive Fund

§8

A portion of monthly fees funds the dedicated Incentive Pool for:

• Quarterly performance cash prizes;

• Milestone rewards and club awards;

• Trading contests and events;

• Loyalty incentives for consistently profitable traders.

9. Trader Profitability & Account Scaling

§9

Club traders primarily employ intraday and scalping methodologies with high precision.

Average target pace is 0.5–1% daily (10–20% monthly). Traders receive a guaranteed 30% payout of realized net gains.

If the trader finishes the month in profit — the security deposit is refunded.

For traders who meet profit targets — the club will increase the trading account.

10. Trader Obligations
